Our Mission Is To Empower.
Since 1995 the Donald Loomis Memorial Clothing Bank has provided assistance to families in the local school districts. Our goal is to make sure that students have their basic school needs met by providing good quality clothing including new socks and underwear as well as all school supplies required by each school and grade level. This way they are able to focus on their education and become productive members of society.
Our clothing bank is for those who feel that they need help getting by in a time of need. In order to shop at the Clothing Bank you must reside within the White River or Carbonado School Districts.
From sorting and organizing clothing to assisting with grant writing, there are multiple opportunities to serve with us. We’re thankful for the volunteers we’ve had helping us for the last 15 years.
Generous donations are what keeps our doors open to the community. We accept physical donations on days we are open, or monetary donations in person or over the phone.
We work hard to make sure children have some of their basic needs met. We want every child to feel confident and prepared for school so that their focus can be on learning.
